KOMPARASI KINERJA REFRIGERATOR DENGAN REFRIGERAN HIDROKARBON HCR134a ALTENATIF PENGGANTI R134a PADA PANJANG PIPA KAPILER 1,25 m

Abstract


Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan uji komparasi mesin pendingin siklus kompresi uap dengan fluida kerja HCR134a (refrigeran hidrokarbon pengganti R134a) dan fluida kerja R134a yang beroperasi pada  panjang pipa kapiler 1,25m dengan pendinginan udara. Analisisis  dilakukan terhadap pengaruh tekanan dan temperatur, arus listrik,  kerja kompresi, dan koefisien perfomansi (COP) alat uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan,  penggunaan HCR134a meningkatkan COP sebesar 29.92% dengan  penggunaan arus listrik lebih rendah 10.8% dibandingkan dengan R134a. Dari uji komparasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan refrigeran hidrokrabon (HCR134a) memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik dan lebih hemat energi dibanding refrigeran halokarbon  (R134a).
